Our diet plays a crucial role in complementing and enhancing the treatment we receive. It enables the inner transformation of the body. In wellness, a dietary plan is based on the composition of 3 energies – Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which are balanced through food and treatment. When our diet is in accordance with our physiology, it leads to a healthy, happier and vital life. Pure wellness cuisine aims at better immunity, longevity, wellness and mindfulness. A major cause of most disorders is building up of digestive toxins from improper digestion. Hence the retreat Doctors assist and recommend the right diet and timing for every individual.

Guests following the Ayurvedic programmes can choose to dine from the range of 250 Ayurvedic dishes based on the Tridoshas (Vatha, Pitha and Kapha) properties.

Guests undergoing the treatment packages are advised to follow this diet very strictly, it will help them to drive maximum benefits from the programmes.
Consumption of alcohol, outside food, tobacco is strictly prohibited during your stay at the retreats. Some retreats prohibit use of mobile phones, Tabs & Camera in the public areas, however, the guests are free to use them in their rooms or at designated areas.
